Sauté together:
1 green pepper finely chopped
2 onions finely grated
a little garlic crushed
Add:
250 ml boiling water
100 ml chutney
25 ml Worcestershire sauce
50 ml tomato sauce
50 ml HP sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Thicken with:
10 ml maizena
10 ml bisto
Add a little water to form a thin paste.
