Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 Beef stock cube
375 ml water
250 ml fresh cream
7 ml Maizena
7 ml Bisto
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

METHOD:

  • Dissolve beef cube in water in a pot on the stove. Bring to boiling point.
  • Mix Maizena and Bisto with a little cold water to a smooth paste.
  • Add cream and black pepper to cube mix.
  • Add the Maizena and Bisto to thicken sauce.
  • You can add 10 ml brandy & 100 ml chopped nuts as a variation.
